In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you (or a third party designated by you) received the product. For orders containing multiple items shipped separately, the period begins from the receipt of the last item.

To exercise this right, you must send us an explicit communication of your decision to withdraw. You can do this by email to info@girendupre.com or by using the standard withdrawal form, which you can download here: withdrawal form.

If you were not correctly informed of your right of withdrawal, this period will automatically be extended to 12 months and 14 days.

Conditions and Procedure for Returns

Once you have communicated your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 calendar days to send the product back to the following address: Via Bissa 33, 30173 , (VE), Italia.

The item must be returned in a state of normal diligence, it must not have been damaged or handled in a way other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function. This means you can try it on as you would in a physical store. The product must be returned with all original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase.

The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refunds

After receiving and verifying your return, we will inform you of its acceptance. If the outcome is positive, the refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the receipt of your withdrawal communication.

The refund will include all payments received, including initial shipping costs (excluding any additional costs you chose for a faster shipping method). We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of having shipped them.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In addition to the right of withdrawal, all products sold are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity as provided by the Consumer Code. This guarantee covers defects of conformity that become apparent within two years from the delivery of the product.

If you find a defect of conformity, you have the right to request, free of charge, the repair or replacement of the product. If these options are not possible, you will be entitled to a price reduction or a termination of the contract.
