Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All Giren Dupré watches are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, as required by the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005). This guarantee covers conformity defects present at the time of purchase or that appear within the validity period.

If you find a conformity defect, you have the right, at your discretion and without charge, to request the repair or replacement of the product. Should these options not be possible or are excessively burdensome, you may request a price reduction or a termination of the contract.

In the case of a defect, all necessary expenses for restoring the product's conformity, including shipping costs, are borne by Giren Dupré.

Giren Dupré Conventional Guarantee

Our commercial guarantee is an additional guarantee that in no way replaces the legal guarantee described above.

All Giren Dupré watches are covered by a 24-month conventional guarantee from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and will be managed by Giren Dupré at no additional cost to the customer.

Repairs Not Under Guarantee

Repairs due to accidental damage or improper use are not covered by the guarantee and will be managed by Giren Dupré. In this case:

  • Shipping costs to send the watch to our service center are the customer's responsibility.
  • Repair costs and spare parts will be the customer's responsibility, upon acceptance of a quote.
